I ate my way through thirteen spots, including a Birria quesadilla so good it survived an air fryer reheat, and all I have to show for it is a salsa-stained shirt and a very full calendar. The only thing missing from this city’s scene was a definitive ranking, so I made one.

The carnitas were fully dressed and delicious, with juicy meat and fresh toppings that held together nicely. The staff was clean, friendly, and knew their menu inside and out.
